Tips to Keep the Fun Flowing

Start with the simple scenes—snowmen, cute kittens, and a shy bear cub. They give you a sandbox to test brushes without overwhelming detail. When you’re comfortable, move to the larger holiday spreads: a towering Christmas tree, Santa Claus sliding down a chimney, or a bustling market square. Layer colors for depth; a light blue undercoat followed by a richer navy creates a realistic night sky.

Mix and match tools. The eyedropper instantly grabs a hue from any part of the picture, perfect for matching snow to a frosty backdrop. The eraser helps you correct stray strokes without resetting the whole page. If you’re stuck, the random fill mode splashes color across the canvas—great for generating inspiration.

Challenge yourself by completing a full set of 30 scenes. Each illustration tells a tiny story, and finishing the collection unlocks a bonus “Holiday Parade” page that features a marching band of cats, dogs, and reindeers. The sense of progression keeps you coming back for more color sessions.

Kids love the educational angle. The app highlights primary and secondary colors, encourages fine‑motor skill development, and teaches basic composition. Parents can join in, turning a casual coloring habit into a family‑bonding activity. Girls and boys alike find a niche, whether they’re after cute cat doodles or a majestic Santa portrait.
